CUSTOMER COMPLAINT SETTLEMENT SCHEME (“CCSS”) FOR THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY
Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited announces that we have participated in the Customer Complaint Settlement Scheme (“CCSS”) which is a mediation service provided by an independent service center set up under the Communications Association of Hong Kong.
